 | Gated communities in pedasi panama
I love this area and looking myself. There are about 10 projects as I recall and would say that I haven`t seen something I really like. I looked at Andromeda and Costa Pedasi very closely for gated community house but not impressed with either.

I like the french development but too expensive. Andromeda is a good looking project I just hope they will begin construction and finish it.

| Pedasi gated community
There are a few under way, Andromeda, Rancho Pedasi, Pedasi Palms and Costa Pedasi for example, but I think only the Azueros project is living-ready, though they continue to add to their development. Azueros is fairly high-end. The others are more affordable, but it will be some time before they are completed.

| Panama pedasi area
Pedasi Palms is a gated community, two kms from Arenal Beach and the show home will be ready in April. This allows buyers to see what their home would look like down to the final detail.
