Panama uses 110V just like the US, you won`t need a voltage adapter; however some places still have the old outlet covers, with just two thin prong holes (unpolarized), instead of a 3-prong grounded, or the newer two-prong system where one slot is bigger than the other (polarized). Depending on your plug heads, you may need a 3-to-2 prong adapter, or 2polarized- to- 2unpolarized adapter. I would recommend bringing along a surge protector as well, to protect your camera charger, as without the ground you might risk damaging it.
