What is the legal currency in panama? Does someone know someone who could answer this question? I am stumped.

In Panama

	Panama currency Panama has it`s own currency called the Balboa which is directly pegged to the US dollar. There are balboa coins but US dollar paper currency is in circulation there.

	Panama s currency since Panama has interenational shipping, large free trade zone and offshore banking it makes sense for them to peg to the world reserve currency.
