Homes Real Estate announces the launch of its website in Spanish, in response to a growing demand from Latin American investors.
“We wanted to make our website available to clients across the Americas,” says web systems architect Michael Lawrence. “While the majority of our clients have been from North America, there is rising number of investors from Latin America showing interest in Panama’s real estate market.”
In fact, up to 37 per cent of visitors to the website are from Latin America, a figure Mr Lawrence expects will increase with the advent of the Spanish-language version.
Increased demand for natural resources and growing trade between North America and its southern counterparts is driving the Latin American economy; with the generation of new wealth comes new investors, many of whom are looking to invest in Panama’s strong economy and booming real estate market.
Outside Panama, much of the interest is concentrated in the neighboring countries of Costa Rica, Colombia and Venezuela. However, Panama’s central position between North and South America makes it a natural air hub, and with its strong infrastructure and new development, it is destined to become a key business destination in the Americas
