Homes International Corp. is proud to present the World Gallery, a ground-breaking residential, hotel and business complex in the heart of Panama City. This multi-tower complex marks the start of a new business era in Panama with the advent of the first major convention center in the region, to serve the needs of the booming economic and investment sector.
Located in the elite Obarrio neighborhood in the heart of Panama’s banking district, the World Gallery is a world-class, multi-use project. Featuring the sleek, clean lines of Musa Asvat Architects, the 100,000 square-foot project is a statuesque figure, fronted with luxuriant decorative fountains and exquisite landscaping.
Conceived as a ‘city within a city’, the complex includes fashion-house boutiques, restaurants, bars, cigar lounge and wine cellar, a giant fitness center including swimming pools, tennis court, spa and beauty salon. Recreational facilities include a theater, games room and children’s playground.
Three 50-storey towers will house 528 residential apartments up to 1500 square feet, with fine finishes including marble flooring and granite countertops.
Residents can also take advantage of select income-earning units, which offer sectioned-off apartments with a separate entrance. On-site property management services can oversee the lease or rental of these adjoining units at the owner’s discretion.
For the first time ever, representatives of the world’s most successful companies, many of which have bases in Panama, can gather at the ‘hub of the Americas’ in the World Gallery’s showpiece convention center.
Located in the 22-storey hotel tower, the convention center will house up to one thousand participants. The main hall is customizable, and can be compartmentalized into several rooms, with workshops for conferences and presentations. Housed above the convention center are 264 luxury hotel apartments, of 47 square meters each.
Guests will enjoy VIP limousine services, airport shuttles to and from the nearby Tocumen International Airport, 24-hour valet parking and maid services.
Panama’s strategic location in the heart of the Americas has already marked it as a natural aviation hub connecting North and South America. As trade increases between the Americas, Panama’s position at the crossroad of the western hemisphere is becoming invaluable, due also to its modern infrastructure, thriving economy and welcoming investment climate.
Thousands of international companies are currently operating in Panama, thanks to the Colon Free Zone, the second largest free trade zone in the world after Hong Kong, the Panama Canal, which services much of the world’s shipping trade, and Panama’s thriving banking sector, which houses many of the world’s most prominent banks.
Furthermore, Panama is fast becoming one of the most popular destinations for foreigners looking to invest, retire or buy a vacation home. Beautiful beaches, abundant wildlife and endless activities have also earned this Central American destination top ranking from magazines such as Conde Nast, International Living and Modern Maturity.
